Situated near Farnham in the Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Christmas Pie Barns offers the perfect blend of secluded country escapism and the convenience of proximity to London. Within our beautifully converted Tudor hops barns, we offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation, retreat and Spa packages, as well as hire of the whole property for larger groups and occasions.

Our hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool are available for guests to enjoy whilst staying at Christmas Pie Barns. Weekend groups also have unlimited use of the leisure facilities.

BARN INFO
Discover our function barn, perfect for dry hire. Accommodating up to 70 seated guests or 100 standing, it's an ideal venue for weddings and other celebrations.
Equipped with a kitchen for catering convenience, we also provide recommendations for a reputable mobile bar service.
Additionally, stay tuned for updates on our second barn, currently undergoing renovation and set to offer additional space later in the year.
